Designed by acclaimed Spanish studios selgascano + FRPO, Rozafa Tower features a vibrant, fragmented geometry that visually lightens the volume. Clad in varied wooden textures with colorful accents in yellows, oranges, and light greens, the tower integrates deep perimeter terraces for shade, privacy, and extended outdoor living.

Rozafa Tower is the result of a competition-winning collaboration between selgascano and FRPO Rodriguez & Oriol. The design deliberately breaks away from the typical monolithic tower silhouette, instead creating a kaleidoscopic, vibrating form that changes appearance throughout the day and integrates harmoniously with Shkodra’s varied historical and natural context.
